The Creovators Club, Presidency School of Computer Science and Engineering, organised a workshop called “Ideathon” on October 29, 2025. The event encourages participants to apply logical reasoning, enhance critical thinking, and strengthen communication and collaboration skills within a limited timeframe. It serves as a platform to transform ideas into actionable and impactful solutions.

Five teams of 29 students enthusiastically participated in the event, where they presented innovative ideas through concise and impactful PowerPoint presentations, fostering clear and effective communication of complex concepts. Teams demonstrated enhanced teamwork, collaboration, and time management as they worked together under limited time to design feasible solutions.

The judges finalised the winners by evaluating on five criteria, including innovation & creativity, feasibility & practicality, clarity of presentation, teamwork, and overall impact.

The Winners List:

1st Place: Team Vocal Bloom – cash prize ₹1000
2nd Place: Team First Place – cash prize ₹750
3rd Place: Team Code Catalyst – cash prize ₹500

The Ideathon encouraged students to think beyond conventional boundaries, collaborate meaningfully, and deliver impactful solutions within a short timeframe. Through structured ideation techniques, participants strengthened their problem-solving and critical thinking skills, applying them to real-world challenges. The event fostered creative thinking, enabling students to develop innovative, practical ideas with strong potential for future refinement and implementation.
