Presidency School of Management organised a seminar on "HRM – Past, Present and Future" for its second semester MBA students on February 21, 2025.

The keynote speaker for the session was Mr. Sunder Rajan, former vice president and seasoned HR expert. Throughout his talk, he delved into the various functions of human resource management, offering valuable insights into each area. He also traced the evolution and transformation of HR practices over the years, highlighting key shifts in approach and strategy. Mr. Rajan concluded the session by sharing his vision for the future of HRM, emphasising its growing influence on the corporate world and the changing dynamics of the workplace.
