Presidency School of Management organised a guest lecture, "Strategic Client Acquisition: The Power of Sales in Building a Banking Career", for MBA Banking students on October 16, 2025.

The key speaker was Mr. Siddhartha SinhaNational Program Head – Strategic Alliances and Partnerships (Retail Assets), Mumbai, Maharashtra, who shared valuable insights on the critical role of sales and client acquisition in the banking industry. Mr. Sinha discussed real-world examples of client relationship management and business development. He also highlighted the importance of communication, networking, and ethical selling practices.

The session linked classroom concepts with practical industry applications effectively, which proved relevant to current job market requirements for MBA banking students.

The event was coordinated by Dr. Nandini Sinha, Associate Professor, Program Chair (Finance), and Dr. Kushini Prasad, Associate Professor – Finance.
