The workshop offered hands-on exposure to Power BI, introducing participants to key tools such as the Query Editor, data transformation techniques, and interactive dashboard design using charts, KPIs, slicers, and maps. Through live demonstrations and guided practice, participants learned how data analytics supports informed, data-driven decision-making in real-world scenarios, gaining practical experience in building and presenting meaningful visual reports.

Aligned with the academic curriculum, the event effectively bridged the gap between theory and practice by reinforcing concepts from DBMS, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering, and related electives. The workshop supported Outcome-Based Education by enhancing problem analysis, modern tool usage, and dashboard design skills, while encouraging lifelong learning. Participants, including UG and PG students as well as faculty members, left with improved analytical thinking, practical Power BI skills, and greater readiness for industry roles such as Data Analyst and BI Developer.
