Employability Enhancement Programme

Presidency School of Commerce (PSoC) organised an Employability Enhancement Programme on 27 January 2026 on the topic “Employability Skills That Matter More Than Marks.”

 

The objective of the session was to sensitise students to the essential employability skills required to succeed in the contemporary job market. The programme emphasised the growing significance of effective communication, positive attitude, adaptability, and professional preparedness, in addition to academic excellence.

 

The session was delivered by Dr. Padmavathi, Associate Dean, PSoC, and witnessed active participation from students.
