The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Presidency School of Engineering, successfully organised a Guest Lecture titled “Rewiring the Mind for Success” on 19th February 2026.

The programme was conducted in two sessions: 11.00 am to 12.30 pm (Session 1) and 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm (Session 2). The lecture was organised for students of 4EEE01, 4EEE02 and 6EEE01.

The session focused on cultivating a growth mindset, overcoming self-limiting beliefs and building resilience for academic and career success. The speaker emphasised practical techniques for stress management, effective goal setting and enhancing self-confidence. Through interactive discussions and relevant real-life examples, students were encouraged to actively participate and reflect on their personal development.

Overall, the lecture proved to be highly engaging and inspirational, motivating students to reframe their thinking patterns and strive for continuous personal and professional growth.
