Presidency University’s Learning & Development initiative presents an advanced, assessment-driven Career Readiness Bootcamp Series designed exclusively for MBA 2nd semester students. The first bootcamp is scheduled for 9 May 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The programme begins with comprehensive psychometric assessments to evaluate behavioural traits, communication styles, and professional readiness. Based on these insights, students are strategically grouped into focused clusters, enabling highly targeted and personalised interventions.

 

Each bootcamp is structured to progressively build competencies across key areas, including confidence, structured communication, executive presence, persuasion, and placement readiness. The cluster-based methodology ensures relevant, high-impact training aligned with individual capability levels and evolving career aspirations. With a strong emphasis on practical application and measurable outcomes, the series enhances interview readiness, sharpens personal positioning, and accelerates career success.
