The Department of Learning and Development, Presidency University, is proud to launch Career Architect I, a strategic Bootcamp Series designed exclusively for second-semester MCA students. Scheduled for 23 May 2026, this high-impact initiative has been thoughtfully developed using PSI and RSI psychometric insights to strengthen students’ professional readiness, leadership potential, and workplace adaptability.

 

The bootcamp features three specialised learning clusters — Behavioural Intelligence & Influence, Cognitive Strategy & Leadership, and Operational Leadership & Execution — each carefully curated to enhance critical thinking, communication effectiveness, decision-making, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and execution excellence.

 

Aligned with Presidency University’s vision of developing future-ready professionals, the programme combines scientific behavioural insights with practical leadership learning to prepare students for evolving industry expectations.
