The Department of Civil Engineering organized a two-day ACU Gender Grant Workshop, Breaking Stereotypes: Empowering Women for Leadership Excellence, on December 13-14, 2024, at Presidency University. The transformative workshop aimed at fostering gender inclusivity and empowering women leadership. With over 100 participants, including 30% men, the workshop featured expert-led sessions on resilience, emotional intelligence, communication, and transformative leadership, alongside activity-based sessions promoting inclusivity and self-awareness. 

Preceded by a global survey and two insightful webinars, the event provided practical tools, networking opportunities, and mentorship support, leaving participants inspired to embrace leadership roles and break societal barriers. Aligned with UN SDG 5, the workshop received enthusiastic feedback for its actionable insights, collaborative activities, and personal empowerment initiatives, establishing a foundation for impactful change.
