Dr M. Padmavathi has over 20 years of academic experience. She began her career in industry and later transitioned into academia, driven by her passion for teaching and research. Her areas of specialisation include Investment, Risk Management and Entrepreneurship.

She has held several notable positions, including Head of the Department (MBA) at Sri Krishna College of Technology, and has also served as the Founder Principal of an Arts and Science College. She has qualified the UGC-NET examination and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, an MBA and a PhD from Bharathiar University.

Dr Padmavathi is also a motivational speaker and has delivered programmes on national television and radio channels. In addition, she has completed a leadership programme at Harvard University.
