Dr Johny Joseph brings more than 30 years of experience in institutional governance, academic leadership and translating national education mandates into institutional practices. His areas of expertise include strategic academic leadership; examination operations and reforms; strategic planning and institutional development; academic governance and policy design; institutional accreditation and quality assurance; faculty and leadership development; talent nurturing; and student mentoring and leadership development.

Dr Joseph has led and streamlined examination operations for more than a decade as Controller of Examinations at one of India’s premier universities, overseeing examination processes across its campuses and serving a student population of more than 40,000. In a previous role, he served as Registrar – Academics, where he was responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating academic operations across the institution.
