Dr. Amir Ullah Khan

Strategic Advisor

Prof Amir Ullah Khan is a Development Economist and a former Civil Servant. He is the founder Vice Chancellor of Glocal University and has taught at IIFT and the Foreign Service Institute in Delhi and was Adjunct Professor of Economics and Law at the Edith Cowan University in Western Australia. He now teaches at the Indian School of Business, NALSAR and the MCRHRDI of the Government of Telangana. He is an Adjunct Professor at TISS and at MAHE. 

Dr Amir Ullah Khan is a Development Economist who studied at Osmania University for his B.E., then at IRMA, and then obtained his PhD from the Jamia Millia Islamia Central University.  

Prof Khan is a former Deputy Director and Strategy Head at Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He was earlier Executive Director and Editor of Encyclopaedia Britannica. He has consulted with the World Bank, IMF, NCAER, USAID, and Planning Commission among other multilateral and Government organizations.
