I extend profound gratitude to the Office of International Affairs at Presidency University for facilitating my transformative research internship at National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan. Immersed in the Department of Applied Mathematics under Prof. Wei-Ying Wu's guidance, I engaged in a convolutional neural network (CNN)-based Alzheimer's MRI classification project. Despite initial concerns about language and food, Taiwan's friendly atmosphere and delicious cuisine became highlights. My lab mates and Taiwanese friends offered invaluable support, enhancing my stay. The TEEP Internship pushed me beyond my comfort zone, fostering cultural exchange.
