Currently working as an Associate Professor in Presidency University, School of Management. He has a total experience of 16+ years in Academics / Research / Teaching and Consultancy. He has successfully completed his Ph.D. (Leadership /Organizational Behavior), and secured a First class during Masters in Business Administration. He worked in an Insurance Brokerage firm in the areas of Marketing, Operations and Administration, where he successfully qualified for the Insurance Brokers exam at the National level and was awarded with a certification of a composite insurance broker by the National Insurance Academy, Pune. He also possesses an additional qualification in PeopleSoft HRMS as a functional consultant in HR processes. He joined academics as a faculty member at ICFAI (2005-07), Sr. Lecturer at Sinhgad Pune (2007-09), as an Assistant Professor at DKTE (2010-2013), and with Christ University as an Associate Professor (2014 – 2018). He has published papers in different national and international journals which have been indexed / listed in Scopus (Elsevier), Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory, ProQuest USA, EBSCO, Cabell’s Directories of Publishing Opp., USA, Index Copernicus Publishers, Academic One file (GALE), cnpLINKER (CNPIEC), ProQuest, ACPHIS (Australia) IS Journal Rankings, Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC), Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA), Index of Information Systems Journals (Deakin University), Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals, Series and Publishers.
