If a student chooses to withdraw from any Program where s/he is enrolled, the refund of Fee will be as per UGC Guidelines and BCI Guidelines ( UG Law Programs) as may be applicable, from time to time.
Full fee must be remitted on or before the last date mentioned in the Provisional Admission Letter, in order to avoid possible cancellation of the enrolment.
The University follows the UGC Fee Refund Policy for the academic year 2025–26, in accordance with UGC Letter No. F.2-71/2022 (CPP-II) dated 12th June 2024. For more information, please refer to the official UGC notification.
