Presidency School of Commerce & Economics successfully organised an online webinar on "Concepts of Partial Least Squares (PLS) Equation Modelling" on March 10, 2025!

The resource person, Dr. Shailesh Kaushal, Associate Professor, Department of Management Studies, University of Lucknow, provided valuable insights into the application, advantages, and interpretation of PLS-SEM in research and data analysis.

The session covered key aspects such as understanding Partial Least Squares (PLS) SEM and its role in research, model specification—including defining structural (inner) and measurement (outer) models—the advantages of PLS-SEM in handling small sample sizes and complex models, and the practical application and interpretation of results for impactful research.
