Events

The celebrations commenced with the hoisting of the Karnataka state flag by the honorable chancellor Dr. Nissar Ahmed along with university key officials, Dr. M. Dhanamjaya, Pro Vice Chancellor (Administration), and Dr. Sameena Noor Ahmed Panali, Registrar. As the flag was hoisted, the students sang "Naada Geethe," the Karnataka state anthem. Following the flag hoisting ceremony, Dr. Dhanamjaya addressed the gathering. Students and officials recited Kannada patriotic songs celebrating the pride and heritage of Karnataka. The event was concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Varsha Gowda, President of the Kannada Club, Department of Student Affairs.
