Dr. Shilpa Mehta is a BE gold medalist and a professor with three decades of teaching expertise. She completed her Bachelor of Engineering in 1991, Masters in 1997, and PhD in ECE from JNTU Ananthapur (Andhra Pradesh). Dr. Mehta has been an educator since 1992. She published her first national conference paper in 1994 at IIT Roorkee and her first international paper at Nanyang University, Singapore, in 1995. She has numerous journal and conference papers to her credit and has supervised many award-winning projects for undergraduate students. Dr. Mehta has memberships to professional bodies like FIETE, MIEEE, LMISTE, and LMIAENG and holds certifications in additional skills like artificial neural networks, fuzzy logic, and surveillance of communications.
Prior to joining Presidency University, she served as the Controller of Examinations at SVCE Bengaluru.
