Dr. Srilalitha holds a Ph.D. in International Business and has completed Executive Education from the London School of Economics (LSE), United Kingdom. She brings with her over 32 years of rich professional experience, comprising 25 years in academia and 7 years in industry.

Throughout her accomplished career, Dr. Srilalitha has held several key leadership positions, including Director – Executive Education, Deputy Director – International Projects and Affairs, Head of Department, Chairperson – Executive Education, and Chairperson – Placements at reputed higher education institutions and has contributed extensively to teaching, research, training, consultancy, and academic administration.

Her areas of expertise include International Business, Export-Import Management, Port and Shipping Management, Freight Forwarding, Cross-Cultural Management, Organizational Behaviour, Leadership Development, Executive Education, and Japanese Management Systems.

She has successfully led several industry- and government-sponsored projects, management development programs, and international collaborations, contributing significantly to institutional growth and academic excellence. She has visiting and worked extensively in Japan , UK, Australia, Ethiopia, Srilanka, Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia on several academic assignments.

Dr. Srilalitha is also a certified ZED Master Trainer under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, and has received several prestigious national and international recognitions for her contributions to academia and industry.
