Dr. Nirmal Kaur is a seasoned Soft-skills Trainer and L&D Coordinator at Presidency University with over 8 years of experience in education and training. Specializing in workplace success traits, she designs and facilitates courses on effective communication, team building, and professional readiness for various schools within the university. With a PG Diploma in Training and Development, her expertise extends to placement training, personal branding, and managing key academic committees. With a background in wellness counseling and medical practice, Dr. Nirmal brings a holistic approach to student development. Currently pursuing a PG Diploma in Instructional Design, she continues to enhance her skills to better serve the university community.
