Dr Mustafa holds an MSc and PhD from the University of Nottingham. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). His academic training spans organisational psychology, management and human resource development.
Specialisation
He specialises in Organisational Psychology and Organisational Behaviour. His expertise also encompasses Human Resource Management, entrepreneurship and human resource development.
Experience
He has over 15 years of experience in academia across teaching, research and academic leadership. He currently serves as Associate Professor and Head of the Institute of Work, Organisation and Wellbeing (IWOW), University of Nottingham Malaysia.
