With over 14 years of experience, Sowmya Ram is an expert in HR, IR, and L&D across industries like Manufacturing, Consulting, Apparel, and Education. A firm believer in the power of education, she has trained 15,000 students in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu and coached 2,000 corporate executives.

Passionate about soft skills training, she volunteers as a counselor and coach at NAMANAM, a division of PURA, and is a member of Toastmasters International & NIPM. Frequently invited as a guest speaker, she continues to inspire and mentor future professionals.
