With more than 14 years of professional experience, Sowmya Ram has an impeccable appearance and expertise in HR, IR, and L&D in a variety of industries, including Manufacturing, Consulting services, Apparel, Engineering Institutes, and corporates. She is a firm believer in the transformational power of education. Her Coaching has benefited about 15,000 students in the Karnataka and Tamilnadu regions, and she coached about 2000 corporate executives. She is a skilled learner and has a strong enthusiasm for imparting soft skills. She Volunteer as a counsellor and coach at NAMANAM, a division of PURA, and is a member of the International Toastmaster Club & NIPM. She has been invited by multiple institutions to serve as a resource person and guest speaker to students.
