23 years of diverse experience ( Anti Aircraft Missile system, IT, Airfield maintenance & An Instructor) in Indian Air Force, Six years as Senior Manager - Customer support & services in Aerospace & Defence domain @ Data Patterns (India) supporting companies reapir & Maintenance contracts, marketing & sales strategy and a member of Toastmasters International since May 2016. Completed six months certification course in Business management from IIM (Ahmedabad) under Armed Forces Program from October 2012 to March 2013, accomplished ITIL (Foundation course) Certification in 2013 & Held PMP Certification currency for 10 Years till December 2023. An advanced NLP Practitioner, my Niche areas include Communication, CRM and Leadership related topics. I am a nature enthusiast, photographer and write poems. I also perform the duties of club coordinator for Presidency university Toastmasters club which started in August 2023.
