Harsha Eswaraiah is an erudite academician with high caliber and overall extensive experience of nearly 25 years of which 17-18 years were in the coporate world and 7-8 years in the academic world. Has delivered skill based training to students to make them employable in the professional world. Extensive exposure in facilitating social and intellectual growth of students by creating an atmosphere of mutual respect in students. He is able to connect very well with young minds and nurtures them along with fostering their development to their utmost potential and helping them face challenges. A good communicator with students demonstrating a caring and empathetic attitude, promoting the welfare of the University and the student community. Has compered various events at the University like Founder’s Day, Republic Day, Fresher’s Day, Sports Day, Convocation, and several other important events of the University. Was awarded the title of Mr. Dependable by the management for his commitment and dependability to the team and the organization. Strong believer of teamwork and continuous learning. Has trained several thousand students on building their self-confidence, improving communication skills, group discussion, resume building, personal interview, and leadership skills. Several of his students have been placed in reputed organizations all over India.
