Dr. S. Sridhar, earned his Degree in B.Sc. in Computer Science & MCA from the University of Madras. He completed Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) form Periyar University and Ph.D form Bharathiyar University.
He has around 23 years of rich experience in teaching and handling important roles in the Research and administrative function. He started his career as a Lecturer in Computer applications and then served as a Professor& Head, Exam cell coordinator and IQAC coordinator till 2019 and then worked as Deputy Controller of Examinations. Before joining Presidency University as a Controller of Examination in June 2023, he was handling the similar role at VIT Bhopal.
His Research areas are Mobile adhoc networks, Network Security, Wireless networks, Optimization and Energy efficiency. He has 36 publications in peer reviewed international journals with high impact factor. He has organized and been a resource person in various Faculty Development Programmes, conferences, workshops and seminars. He is also associated with many reputed journals as Editor in chief, Associate Editor and also reviewed 200+ research papers.
