Mr. Laxminarayan Nayak holds a B. Com. degree from Karnataka University and a CMA from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants (ICWA) of India. He has also received training certifications from reputed institutes such as IIM Ahmedabad and ISB Hyderabad.

Mr. Nayak has more than 35 years of experience working in diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and dairy products. He has served as the CFO of Kraft Heinz and Umang Dairies Ltd. and has handled Finance and Accounts, Business Planning and Budgeting, Supply Chain, Cost Control, Treasury, Taxation, and IT projects.
