Further to our circulars PU/2021/03 Dated February 02, 2021 and PU/2021/05 Dated February 08, 2021, we draw the attention of the students desiring to avail the facility of Hostel Accommodation when On-Campus classes commence from February 15, 2021 for the first year students of the Acedamic year 2020-2021, that they are to remit the prescribed hostel fee as under –
Mode of Sharing & Hostel Fee Payable on Reporting
(Minimum for 5 Months)
Two Sharing Room Rs. 75,000/-
Three Sharing Room Rs. 60,000/-
Refundable Caution Deposit Rs. 10,000/-
(Common for all rooms)
Note: If hostel fee & caution deposit has been paid, please furnish documentary evidence/receipt thereof.
Students shall complete the Form which is attached here & shall make Online Remittance of hostel fee/caution deposit through ERP.
Please note that confirmation of room allotment will be shared upon receiving the Documentary Evidence of fee & caution deposit remitted & the details should be mailed to deputy_registrar@presidencyuniversity.in
Please note that there are limited beds available & allotment will be on first come first serve basis.
Hostel accommodation will be available for stay from February 20, 2021.
