I pride myself in creating a classroom environment that accommodates the needs of my individual students while still promoting a high level of critical thought and writing skills. Some of my most satisfying experiences as a teacher have come from helping struggling students to grasp difficult concepts, through a combination of individual conferences, class activities, and group discussion. Not only does my teaching experience suit the needs of the university and department, but my research interests also fit perfectly with your description of the ideal candidate. My Ph.D Research work “Study of Diffusion mechanism of Ni-WC Coated Composite Coatings,” which has given me an excellent in site about coating technologies, by which I have developed Electro deposition machine in my present college. Also from your research portal I see that the Thrust Areas of Research includes Thermal Coating, Composites and Powder Metallurgy which is my domain of interests, to which I can contribute.
My research interests have both shaped and been shaped by my recent teaching experiences. I developed notes and taught courses related to machine design. I combined readings on theory and practical that addressed issues of students with industrial visits. My UG & PG students have carried out various prize winning projects and also published their work in Journal papers. I believe my teaching style, particularly my emphasis on Design subjects, would fit in well with the Mechanical department. Experienced in LIC,NBA and NAAC inspections.
