Akhila R. Udupa is a rare blend of expertise in Marketing Management and Economics. M.A. in Economics from the University of Mysore with first rank, four gold medals and two cash prizes, M.B.A. in Marketing Management with seventh rank. Ph.D. from the University of Mysore for her thesis titled “Co- branding of Medical Tourism with Traditional Indian Therapies“, in the year 2012.
Is passionate towards teaching MBAs for the last 16 years. Papers which she enjoys teaching include, Managerial Economics, Marketing Management, Services Marketing and Advertising and Integrated Brand Management. Has published around twenty five research papers in national and international peer reviewed journals. Has delivered several key note address in various conferences and conducted sessions in Faculty Development Programmes. Has also conducted corporate training programs.
