Dr. K. Srinivasan holds a Doctorate in Consumer Complaining Behavior from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, and an MBA (Marketing) from Madurai Kamaraj University. He is qualified for the UGC-SLET.

Dr. Srinivasan has professional experience spanning over three decades in industry and academia. At the start of his career, Dr. Srinivasan worked in the field of sales and marketing for six years. He then served as a management teacher at Kongu Engineering College in Erode, ICFAI Business School in Chennai, and Jansons School of Business in Coimbatore for two decades. He has served as DGM-Strategic Alliances in an education services company for around 2 years. Prior to joining Presidency University, Dr. Srinivasan served as Dean, Crescent School of Business at BSA Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, for more than five years.

He has won gold medals and awards for his professional and academic achievements. He has presented highly-commended papers at national and international conferences. He has participated in a number of faculty development programs sponsored by AICTE and UGC and organized by leading business schools, including IIM-Bangalore and Kolkata, ISB-Hyderabad, and MDI-Gurgaon in India. He also mentors an interactive web portal, www.consumermirror.com, with the objective of customer empowerment.

In his current role at Presidency University, he will be serving as Dean of the School of Management.
