Dr. Bhavya K

Bhavya K, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, School of Engineering, Presidency University, Bangalore. She completed her MSc in Mathematics from Bangalore University in 2006. She is pursuing her Ph.D in Differential Geometry under the guidance of Dr Somasekhara G at Visvesvaraya Technological University. In precise, her area of research is sub-manifolds. She has published 3 research papers in reputed journals and her 4 papers are under review. Also she has presented a paper in the National Conference held at KSSEM, Bangalore in 2015. She completed her Ph.D degree . She is planning to collaborate with foreign researchers in future and progress in research field. She has total experience of 12 years which she enjoyed and learnt many things from elderly people. She has taught all Engineering Mathematics subjects for 11 years, M Tech & MBA students. She has also engaged GATE coaching classes for engineering students. She is hard-working and active participant in all academic and non-academic activities. She has interest in sports and cultural activities. She is committed and does her work with full dedication.
