Dr. V. Joshi Manohar

Dr. V.Joshi Manohar earned his Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering from JNTUA, Ananthapurmu in 2015 and M.Tech in Power Electronics from VTU, Belgaum in 2004.             He holds a B.Tech degree from Nagarjuna University, Guntur in 2000.

He has about 18 years of teaching experience in engineering colleges and served the institutions at different levels as Head of Dept. of EEE, Director R&D and Principal.                  His technical expertise includes:

  • Control of Multilevel Inverters using Soft Computing Techniques
  • Reactive Power Compensation at Low Switching Frequency using Intelligent Techniques
  • Control of Electric Drives using Soft Computing Techniques
  • Design, Development and Control of Novel multilevel inverter topologies by   minimizing  number of switches and sources

        Dr. Joshi has published good number research papers in different reputed journals and conferences. He filed few patents on control of multilevel inverters and MPPT algorithms.        He received Best Academician Award 2020 from Elsevier-SSRN.  He has played a vital role in establishing MSME Business Incubation Center (Govt. of India) at Guntur Engineering College, Guntur. He has reviewed various research papers from reputed journals including Elsevier and IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics. He is Editor-in chief for International Journal for Modern Science and Technology (IJMTST, ISSN No 2455-3778) and Editorial board member in Information& Computer Security(ICS), Spain.

        He has citations of 25 and H-index of value 02.
