Dr. Balu is a Passionate Teacher and an Mentor who Completed his Ph.D. from Bharathiar University,Coimbatore. He has served academic Institutions from 2002 to 2019 as a Faculty Member , Academic Co-ordinator and Mentor. He is a Intense Researcher in the Areas of OB & HRM and Presented and Published in Various International Conference and International Journals. He beleives that future belongs to Youth , who can be Facilitated, Mentored through Upskilling and making them Responsible Citizens , Enterpreneures and Inspirational Leaders. He is Known as HR GURU by Academic Community and Inspirational Teacher by Student Community.
