Dr. Sujith Surendran

Dr. Sujith Surendran is currently Associate Professor, Centre for Post-Graduate Legal Studies (CPGLS), School of Law, Presidency University, Bengaluru. He has more than 10 years of experience in teaching graduate and post graduate students of law and management. Enrolled as an Advocate in 2006 with the rolls of Bar Council of Kerala and practiced at the Honorable High Court of Kerala and other subordinate courts before embracing a career in academics. He has completed Ph.D. from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun in Investment and Renewable Energy Law. He has qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) in the year 2012. He has done his LL.M (Business Laws) from National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bangalore, LL.B. From School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Cochin and B.Com. (Taxation) from M.G. University, Kottayam. He has also attended winter school on International Taxation, organized by Indian Society of International Law (ISIL), New Delhi.
He is a member of Kerala High Court Advocates Association and International Association for the Study of Commons.
