He has rich Experience of 34 years in academic, research and administration -10 years at P.A. College of Engineering Mangalore as a Principal , and 24 years at Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology , Tumkur at various capacities
His research area is Thermal Engineering Sciences. He has published 20 research papers in various reputed International journals. 3 research scholars are successfully completed Ph.D Degree under his guidance . Presently he is guiding 3 research scholars.
He was the member of Academic senate, Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) Belgavi, Member of Board of Studies (Mechanical Engg ) VTU Belagavi,
