Dr. S Ranganatha received his Ph.D degree in Chemistry with Electrochemistry as specialization from Kuvempu University, India in 2013. He is currently affiliated to Department of Chemistry, School of Engineering, Presidency University, Bengaluru. His immediate previous affiliation was Department of Inorganic & Physical Chemistry, Indian Institute of Science as University Grant Commission’s (Govt. of India) prestigious Dr. D.S. Kothari Postdoctoral Fellow. His research interest broadly is electrochemistry and Electrochemical Supercapacitors, Battery, Corrosion, Nanocomposite coatings etc., in particular. He has more than 19 international journal publications of international repute from the publishing houses like RSC, ACS, Elsevier, Institute of Physics Sweden etc. He has published more than 04 scientific books from international publishers. He is a recipient of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Govt. of India’s Senior Research Fellowship during his doctoral research. He is a life member of Electrochemical Society of India (ECSI), Indian Institute of Science campus, Bengaluru India and Society for Advancement of Electrochemical Science and Technology (SAEST), CSIR-CECRI, Karaikudi India, The Materials Research Society of India (MRSI) and member of American Chemical Society (ACS).
