The LLM programs at the School of Law, Presidency University reflects a strong commitment to helping students combine traditionally taught courses with in-depth seminars, hands-on field experience, and skills training for a complete approach to legal education. Introduced from the AY 2019-20, it is 2 semester, One Year Master Programme in two specializations viz;

LLM in Technology Law provides a rigorous academic and professional training in legal practice and interdisciplinary analysis related to current developments in law, science and technology, including such areas as e-commerce, jurisdiction and dispute resolution in cyberspace, and intellectual property regimes and contractual developments related to the global information economy.
As telecommunications and the internet become an even more fundamental aspect in our world, questions of ownership, sourcing, file sharing, spamming, cybercrime, business and individual privacy rights come into question.
